Moves forward one page at a time.
5. Last Page
Jumps directly to the final page of the report.

7. Add / Annotation Tools
(If enabled) Allows adding notes, highlights, or annotations.
8. Print
Opens the print dialog to print the current report.
9. Export
Exports the report to formats such as PDF, Excel, or others configured in your system.
10. Share / Email
Sends the report directly via email using the currently selected output format.
11. Search
Opens a search bar to find text within the report.
12. Formatted View
Displays the report with full styling, grouping, and layout. Best for reading, printing, and sharing.
13. Raw View
Displays a simplified, unformatted data layout. Best for exporting, analysis, and spreadsheet integration.
